Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is printed on your receipt and on the label attached to your parcel. If someone sent you a shipment, ask the sender for it.

Why does my tracking number show no result?

Check that the number is entered exactly as printed, without spaces. A new shipment appears as soon as it is registered; if it still does not show, please contact us.

How often is tracking updated?

Tracking is updated every time your shipment is scanned or changes status — at pickup, at our facilities, in transit and on delivery.
